Default missed shift+ broken clutch

Alright while doing some spirited driving today i accidentally shifted from 2nd to first at redline. the rearend jumped up and it felt like the transmission exploded so i pull over and found that the car would not go into any gear and the pedal was completely loose, and i could hear a really loud clunking clinking sound from under the car and the car was kind of vibrating for a while, im assuming it was the flywheel eating up whatever was left in there, initially i thought i ****ed up the engine so i revved it real high and yeild no negative affects, the sound would com up here and there until it stopped.
My question is could i have damaged the transmission at all when this happened?
So im getting a centerforce DF clutch, clutch cable adjuster and firewall adjuster and an aluminum flywheel, is there anything else i should get?

BTW its an 03 GT

not bashing you dont take this the wrong way, but maybe a good short throw shifter so that doesnt or will at least almost eliminate the chance of that happneing again..

yeah, your clutch is probably messed up, but it could be that your clutch cable got out of the fork. Check that first. If not, you are probably going to need a new clutch and flywheel. Get a stock flywheel for $67 at autozone, you have to pay 167 but it has a $100 core.
