So I removed the rotor, caliper, and dust shield so I would have full access to the bolt. I beat it on with a hammer to no end and it didn't budge. Due to lack of time I threw all my stock stuff back on so I can take it to the track on Friday. I am really getting tired of nothing going smoothly with my car. I haven't put a single thing on that hasn't been a PITA in one way or the other. I guess I am going to have to cut it off unless anyone has any other ideas. To cut it off I assume I have to cut it twice right. Once to the left of the bushing and once to the right...correct?

i dont understand whats holding it in.....unless the metal sleave in the rubber bushing has came loose and has rusted to the bolt.

The bolt is def attached inside the bushing. When I move the lca, the bolt goes with it.

Get out the torch, that is one way.

I had this same problem, and it was on 3 of the 4 bolts. I cut them all out with a wheel. Not a fun process at all.

Like I was saying cut it. Cut on each side of the arm and it will drop out. DO NOT burn or torch, burning will do nothing but burn the rubber this wont help. The torch will only F up the rear CA bracket and if you mess that your done. Cutting the bolts will only take about 20 min 2 or 3 good sawza blades and the rear of the car about 18" off the ground this is so you have room for the saw.

So I plan on cutting the bolts off tomorrow. All 4 have to be cut. When you guys put in the new LCAs and bolts, did you have to drop the exhaust?
