Default Need help with lower control arm removal!!!

So I went to take my rear LCA off to put in my new ones along with my coil overs, and I can't get the bolt out that holds it on at the axle. I got the nut off after it put up a good fight, but I can't get the bolt out. I tried hammering it and it didn't budge at all. I really need help with this one.

do you have a jack under the control arm? that bolt isn't going anywhere with all that spring pressure on it.

well than that is very weird. Have you soaked it in PB blaster? it should just pound right out. my car had 100,000 miles on it before that bolt ever came out and all i had to do was hit the bolt a couple times with a hammer. didn't even use pb blaster.

only other thing is maybe you have a severely messed up bushing.

use a center punch and hammer it out. mine was stuck like that also, i just soaked it with PB and tapped it out with a center punch. when you re-install them take a jack and place it under the diff buy the driveshaft and raise or lower it to get the bolt lined back up with the hole.
