Default New Car 98 mustang Gt

hey, i just bought a mustang Gt 4.6 v8 , with 45,000 miles, i am curious to know what i should do to increase my acceleration and horsepower.

Upgrade your heads, cams, and intake manifold. They are super restrictive on our style. That would be the best way to start. Any other mods are going to show minimal gains because of the restrictiveness of the motor to start.

Get gears if you havent already.. It will feel like you added 50 horse. And should hold you over for a little bit. Save up and try to get the parts together so you can do a PI swap. Which is heads, intake, and cams from a 99-04.

4.10 gears FTW..and PI swap

PI swap = Heads, cams and intake off an 99-04 GT. but you might as well get some after market cams while your in there.
