your best bet would be to start building another shortblock with forged internals, normally i'd tell u right around ~420whp is the safe number but idk if i'd spend a few grand on a blower and air/fuel delivery to have my car blow up in a year or 2, thats alot of miles to start with, and i wouldn't bother going turbo unless you're looking for an absolute monster, just my .02, go blower.
