Cool SCT Tuner (Dyno)

Whats up guys, I am gonna be ordering the SCT Tuner for my 2000 mustang GT and I was wondering does the tuner take the place of taking the car itself to a dyno and having it tuned? If so would it be best just to take it to have it dyno'ed and skip the SCT tuner? I only have minimal bolt ons like CIA, O/R X mid , flowmaster cat back etc.... I want to get the best out of those bolt on's soo far. Also I live in Alabama where is any dyno tuning places around me?

For the existing mod's you have you might be ok just using the SCT Canned Tunes, make sure you get the one that comes with the them or order it from a place like Brenspeed and they will give you a custom tune free with the device. In terms of the dyno, if your tuner uses SCT then he can just load the tune to your device.

Some tunes created over the internet, like from Brenspeed, can be decent and make a noticeable difference, but a dyno tune is always better than these, regardless you have to purchase a tuner or chip, tuners are better.
