Default Grinding in second and third

Im having a problem grinding into second and third and I know that my clutch isn't doing to good. It's a 3650. Should I wait to replace my clutch before making a decision about my tranny? It only grinds when I shift fast.

That sounds more like just the syncro's need to be replaced, no?

Syncros. If you know how to double clutch, then you could try that, see if it stops the grinding. Had a 300zx that would do it going into 4th.

I powershift though. I don't think that'll help because if I shift a little too fast even with my clutch on the floor, it grinds.

Yeah, that's the syncros not working correctly.

That's your problem. Too much powershifting with the T-5/45/3650 and you're just asking to replace syncro's.

^^Ya anyone know this, mine started grind'n from 2nd to 3rd one night after the track, no powershifting here though. Only does it when I shift fast like discussed earlier. What brand/replacement syncho's have people used. Getting ready myself to investigate the problem.
