here's a video to show you what my a/f does while cruising. this is on a flat highway. fast forward to about the 1:10 mark, up to that point the a/f is holding pretty steady, then it spikes up to 14:1 and then goes real rich. maybe 2 or 3 minutes after stopping the video, my a/f returned to normal.

Have you tried unplugging the MAF and seeing if the car will go passed 4k rpms? I wouldn't build boost but you can at least see if it's the MAF causing the problem.

it will rev past 4k, its just very hard to get it to rev past 4k on its on cause its not making any power.

I would still see how the car ran with out the MAF plugged in... if your tune is on, it should run alright with out it.... once again I wouldn't build any boost.

Well, I could try but the cars symptoms are only really bad when I put the car under load/in boost.

I did it, the car runs...but like I said, I cant really tell if the car runs any better at part throttle.

Especially with the 3600 stall converter I have...its real hard to tell if its running any better and Im not gonna get into boost with no maf plugged in.
