You go to Midas or something? Any small business wouldn't have issue with it. It's a money business, no mom and pop shop is going to turn you away just because you want an illegal mod. As long as your cash is green (except you canada) they will take you.

Mustang Muscle is a local mom and pap shop near where i live and they would not do it. I then called discount muffler and they would not touch it either. I suppose I could have tried for a 3rd strike but at that point I said oh well and ordered a catted x.
