Default SCT X3 powerflash problems..PLEASE HELP

i drive an '02 mustang gt, i bought my tuner from brenspeed. i hooked my powerflash up, went through all the options to get to the tune, clicked the performance tune, then when it said to turn key to ON so the tune could install or whatever i did and it just stayed on that screen telling me to turn key on..i let it set for like 20 minutes and nothing.

if you have any idea what the problem might be pleeease let me know.

after you turn the key on do you not have to push the "GO" button. In reality I think its the enter button.

After you select your options for the tune it should go to downloading once it tells you to turn on the key and you do. Contact SCT online and they will have a guy chat with you...He can send you a fix online...They are pretty good about helping people..My tuner for my powerstroke lost its stock file and they sent me a new one..

ok theres nothing wrong with the tuner, its in the car somewhere. Its not voltage, i probed the back of the port. Could it have anything to do with the keyless entry? Whoever had the car before me took the keyless entry out and its just a mess of wires down there now. And the theft light flashes when the key is turn to on position. please help fellas.
