Cool Please help! 3.8 to 4.6sohc swap,no spark

hey guys so basically i ripped my 3.8 out this summer and threw the 4.6 in , got the whole drivetrain from an 04 gt for $1500 cash with ecu and all neccessary harnesses, so now the problem,

all harnesses are connected and motor and tranny are in, new oil etc. ready to run. she cranks, and cranks, and cranks some more!.. but no spark.
my only idea, is my key, along with steering column with ignitioin are for my 02 3.8L. i was told that it could be because of the chips no matching the computer that it would block it from sending a feed to the individual coils and sppark plugs.. any ideas guys??? so close to down

Theft light is flashing correct. Sounds like you already know your problem. Your goin to have to perform a ignition key code/erase and then reprogram 2 new keys. Im not sure if a pop-a-lock place can do this... but I know we can here at the dealer.
