Basically. When I’m stopped(or real low speed under 5mph) and I turn the wheel either left or right usually needs to be turned all the way, it makes some sort of click sound, Only two times it sounded louder then usually maybe a grind. It doesn’t always make the sound, probably about 50% of the time. Any idea what this could be?

FWD cars do that when the CV shafts are losing their joints...
For you it's probably a ball joint, you should get your head under there and have someone turn the wheel.
I'm not sure but it may also be your sway bar end links or something but I don't want to give bad advice so I'll step aside and let someone else chime in.

About 2 months ago, I merged onto a freeway (at this point I’m going 60ish) and last second I noticed an exhaust on the floor. One pipe, but from beginning to end, had the muffler on to, I couldn’t maneuver out of the way because it was too last second(cars on both sides of me), so I ended up driving right over it. The second it hit it, my car started to lean right, I pulled over, checked my tires, turned off the car, chilled for a bit, then the car seemed fine. I don’t remember if the sound had occurred before this, but I have a feeling it has something to do with my running over that god damn thing. Who would of thought threr would be a exhaust system on the freeway LOL

I have a creaky sound coming from mine when I turn wheel or hit a bump.
I think my problem is a strut, may want to check those also.
I believe the struts turn like a FWD car does.

Update : Mine was the tierod ends on both sides of the rack.
$26 each side for parts.
It was VERY simple to do.

What are the possiblties of this being the problem?
I tried what this site was talking about, and it took away all the squeaking that I had when turning the wheel at a stop or a very slow speed. It ended up being a little different for me though. I have the offset rack bushings from MM so there aren't any tube brackets or rubber bushings like in the stock configuration. The MM offset rack bushings are these three piece metal brackets that take the place of the rubber bushing. I took it all apart and put it back together and tightened the piss out of the nuts and it took the squeaking away completely, for about two days. I guess driving it around loosened it up a bit and the squeaking came back. Your problem also could be a combination of what I dealt with and what the other guys are saying too.
