i swapped my T-45 for cobra T-45 and from what i heard it needs almost 4 quarts of trans fluid, so i asked my friend(he swapped he's auto to 5 speed by himself) and he said that i should pour it in until i see it in the shifter boot. so i poured 4 out and it wasn't anywhere near, then i bought 2 more quarts and poured them in. so now i can barely see that there's some fluid through the shifter boot (in that little hole in there). then my other friend told me that it's obviously too much and i should pour some out otherwise i'll blow a seal out.
so what should i do? level it with the top bolt on a side of the trans?

oh wow, thanks
i'm assuming regular t-45 should have the same amount as cobra t-45
in specs it says that they're known to grind when cold, mine doesn't. feels like it's freshly rebuilt, love the swap
well, drained extra fluid today. leveled it to the top plug.
and decided to take if for a spin, roasted my tires through 3 gears lol. ridiculously awesome
