yeah know the feeling, i'm putting alot of money back for my stang as well. it doesn't come cheap, thats for sure.

I bought my vortech v2 sq tuner kit for 1750 shipped - brand new

TRADE MY Mach 1 HOOD + scoop set up for easy GT install (attached, no intake system necessary, unless you want it) for a COWL hood and maybe STOCK + CASH (but probably not). The hood is painted silver, in great shape, does need a color sand, but thats no biggie. Would prefer a swap for a silver one, but will consider many options. Need to trade due to changed plan on this car. RTP/Greensboro/Charlotte

from a private dealer? or actual vortech? i got a full procharger kit, intercooler and all for $1000. i mean MAF, brackets tubes, belt, intercooler, head unit, the whole shabang. private dealer of course

Heres the vid of the KB idling.

As you can see, it whistles but in a very feint tone.



But heres what its really all about. Who gives a crap if you have a cute little whistle at idle, if it sounds like dieing babies when you mash it.......
