I was taking my car into the dealership, because I was going to have them replace a TOB that went bad again thinking I was under warranty, only to find out I wasn't anymore, and to take a look at a sound I was hearing. Well on the way my A/C started to blow hot air. After the dealership checked it all out they said the noise I was hearing was one of my UDP rubbing on my timing cover they think, because they saw shavings and my front cooling fan was TRASHED which was making my a/c blow hot, because it toasted a 50 amp fuse and the fan wasn't running. I ordered a new front cooling fan and STOCK pulleys. I'm going to get the new pulleys on ASAP, but as of now I got the new fan in and the 50 amp fuse, but my A/C is still running hot. When the Amp blew did it trigger something that I need to take a look at or something? I checked all the other fuses that have to do with fans and the a/c and they all looked good. I'm kind of nervous, because I did a search and the only thing I found was a guy that had something similar happen and he blew his motor. Here's his story.
