Default Slight miss on cylinder 4

Yesterday I installed new venom fuel injectors on my mustang due to the fact that it had a very slight miss and the car now has 103K on it. Installation went fine, found one of my old plugs was fairly dirty. Started it up and it was running very rough. Checked the code on it and it came back with cylinder 1 and 3 misfire. Took it apart again and found that I didn't have the injectors for 1 and 3 seated correctly. Now it saying misfire on cylinder 4.

Everything seems to be seated correctly, and I checked all of the electrical plugs to both the coil packs and fuel injectors. I put Accel coil packs on about 25k ago and put new plugs in as well. I put iridium plugs in, because at the time I was planning on building the engine up a bit with a Kenne Bell, but now I'm just saving my money because of the economy. does anyone have any ideas? I'm thinking about putting one of my old coil packs on #4 and seeing if that changes it, but wanted to get some input first. Any suggestions would be appreciated.
