Exclamation Will a 1997 GT MAF work on a 2003 GT!?!?

I was wondering if a 1997 GT MAF work on a 2003 GT would work or what would happen. Cause Im running my 03 without a MAF and I need to know ASAP cause my MPG is way down!!!! Please responded!!!

the 03 maf has the IAT integrated into it, you would need to switch MAF plugs plus add a seperate IAT to use the 97 maf

it would still run like poop, just get the correct part for you car and fix it right the first time around.

As for switching the plugs where would they sell the plugs by themselfs and if i was to swith the plug would that fix the IAT problem

I saw 03 MAFs on corral for like 40 shipped buy one of those and problem solved

Just buy an 03 MAF or upgrade. Why screw with it?

Ford will have the connector... I'm sure its doable, make sure you know what pins to not use tho
