Default help guys! trouble codes!

ok guys so my car has been running like a dream for a long time now but last night i pulled in my drive way and my car sounds like its camming. Soon after i get a check engine light. For a while now i have had the code p0174 bank 2 too lean. Havent been able to fix it yet but i believe the problem lies in my tune from sct. Also i installed an o/r h pipe about 4 days ago the car ran great i just put the front 02's in the spots and screwed them in and the rear i just screwed those into the bungs that were for the rear 02's. now grant it one of my front 02 holes were stripped out a bit so i took it to the shop and had them weld in a new bung slightly lower than the one that was originally located on it. Anyways now my car is throwing codes p1131 p1132 and it runs like ass. i took it to advanced and erased the codes and now the car runs normal. i know its only a matter of time before they come back. Any idea guys???? please help! this never happened until i recently put on my h pipe.

Here's what the '03 shop manual says about P1131 and P1132 (same causes, etc, as P1130)...

Maybe I am wrong (I am known to be wrong from time to time) but from the way it sounds and from what I just read about mustang trouble codes, you are running too lean. And the off road H pipe you installed on the car the other day sounds like the culprit. You didn't say if you put MIL eliminators on or not so I am assuming you didn't. Since you no longer have cats on your exhaust your CEL will come on shortly after you install an off road pipe if you don't install MIL eliminators. "MIL's shut off CELs by blocking the codes generated by the rear O2 sensors when running an off road mid-pipe." You either need to put some MIL eliminators on your rear O2's or have a tuner turn off the the rear O2's. You can either buy them or make them.

Purchase: http://www.americanmuscle.com/stmilel.html
Make: http://www.paladinmicro.com/MustangMILEliminator.htm

Now that I know you didn't install MIL's, I am almost 99% sure that's the cause of everything. Install the MIL's and everything will be all good.

ok so i just got back from the shop that i always go to. my buddy put his scanner on their and read everything. codes 1131 and 1132 are still there. he started reading the voltage and bank 2 upstream has 02 has 0.00 voltage and bank 1 was going up and down as it should. the rear 02's im guessing hav ealready been shut off by the sct chip as they have 0.00 voltage as well. so im guessing my bank 2 upstream sensor is fried?

sounds about right. i would swap a rear o2 sensor for the front "bad" one and see if it fixes your voltage problem.

Except that P1131 and P1132 are bank 1 codes (P1151 and P1152 are the equivalent bank 2 codes)...

Just to be sure our terminology is the same, bank 1 is the passenger's side, bank 2 the driver's...

correct...the 02 driver side was reading 0 voltage and the passenger side was reading as it should. i swapped 02's from side to side and now the driver side is reading and the passenger isnt. so therefore im almost 100% sure i have a bad oxygen sensor.

hey guys can i pull one of my rear 02's and cut the connector off and splice it on to the connecotr fromt eh bad oxygen sensor instead of having to buy another one? i know the connector are different in the back but its still just an 02 that i could splice into the harness of my fried 02.
