Default Cranks but doesnt start 1996 Gt

recently aquirred 96 GT will crank but not start. No spark at plugs and no fuel in fuel rail. Checked Fuses good. Can jumper positive battery to fuel fuse and fill rail. Am I trouble shooting seperate or together? I dont think both coil packs and fuel delivery failure at once would be seperate. When trying to start all lights appear in dash as they should. I thought CCRM but it does not contain relay for coils. PCM problem possible? Thanks for any help you can provide Im stumped.

No spark and no fuel... is there an anti-theft device on the car?

Get any DTCs?

no DTC's. Just Factory Theft but would that still allow car to crank? Theft light comes on when key is put in but then goes out while cranking. I was thinking PCM but was looking for some troubleshooting help before i spent money. Does anyone know if there are any fusible links that would cause this issue?

Check the crank sensor and the cam sensor. I know if the crank sensor is not working car will not start
Also check the grounds

Will crank sensor keep fuel pump from working also? I'm just curious, maybe I need to trouble shoot no spark and no fire separately. I was just assuming that both were related but maybe i have two seperate issues.

Is the yellow "theft" light blinking? If your key isn't programmed or is the wrong key you will crank all day long, but the car won't start. I'm not 100% positive, but I am pretty damn sure that if the key isn't programmed you won't get any fuel or spark... If cmp and ckp were bad you'd get a dtc, even without being able to start. I'd agree with electric diag to and out of your pcm after you check into the key, and then with checking for common grounds or terminal connections between spark and fuel. If you can jump your fuel pump fuse and you're getting fuel to the rail then you know the fuel pump works. Good luck...
