Default Driveline vibration/chatter

Hey did some searching and could not find any answer for my symptoms/problems

While downshifting or during engine breaking my driveline/transmission seems to vibrate or chatter. Im just looking for possible reasons why this may be happening. I replaced my clutch less than 9 months ago and this symptom was not there. I have also replaced the rear gears as well as the lower control arms and the the symptom has not disappeared.

BTW Car is a 1999 Mustang GT w/ T-45 Transmission ~105,000 mi.

I believe that would be the problem. I feel the same exact thing you are. Friend said to try replacing driveshaft u joints. I haven't gotten around to it yet though.
