Default Please Help!!! What do I need to do?

Hi everyone I am new here. I have a question, my business partner and I have a 1998 GT and a 2004 Cobra engine, I need to put two and two together. We usually specialize in late model GM but trying to broaden our horizons. I do know that the harness should all hook up with exception to the ignition system, but I do not know what i need to do with it. I would greatly appreciate your help and advice. Thanks!!

Thats a toughy... Most people I know that have done it swap the harness and the electronics. But im not sure what/ if anything (other than the coil polarity) that you would have to change.

TRADE MY Mach 1 HOOD + scoop set up for easy GT install (attached, no intake system necessary, unless you want it) for a COWL hood and maybe STOCK + CASH (but probably not). The hood is painted silver, in great shape, does need a color sand, but thats no biggie. Would prefer a swap for a silver one, but will consider many options. Need to trade due to changed plan on this car. RTP/Greensboro/Charlotte

I'm not sure, but I think you may also have to mess with the fuel system as well. The SN95 have return style fuel whereas the cobra has returnless style fuel.
