Question Loosing power?

I feel like Im losing power. I recently just changed my spark plugs, cleaned and re-oiled my K&N, cleaned my MAF sensor, TB, oil, fuel inj. cleaner, and disconnected the battery trick.
What I found was odd, is my tranny was flushed about a month or so ago. I checked the fluid, it was a quart low. I added a quart of Mercon V (obviousy.) The performance got better, but not what it was.

Im running out of ideas fellas. No MIL either.

EDIT: And once in a month or two while cruising at 50-60, if I let off the gas, the car acts like its downshifting and bogging down. When I put my foot back on the gas, it jerks and goes back to normal. Does this make sense?

Haha, no bud, that's not it. Ironically enough, it's starting to get cold down here in Houston and its not "feeling" faster like it should. It's running like it's 100+ degrees outside. It's throughout the entire powerband, not just down low or top end.

Didn't start happening until about a week ago. The flush was over a month ago.
I looked under the car and there seems to be some tranny fluid around the tailshaft, where the driveshaft connects.

Thanks bro. I love your style Cobras as well.

Yes, it's a 4R70W.
The plugs are Bosch Platinum 2's, no need for gapping. I always run this plug, no issues before. The old plugs looked just fine.

Flowmaster cat-back, stock midpipe and manifolds. (for now)

No engine light.

I'll check out my IAC.

I'll check the IAC. What is the best way to clean it?

No slip at all.
