Yes 10lbs of boost or 400-420rwhp should be your max on the stock block.
Well, I would say 430-440 is where it starts to get questionable but You'll never hit 400rw with a stock NPI with 10 lbs so you don't have anything to worry about.
Cool, so I will lose approx 2lbs of boost through the intercooler, so maybe run an 11lbs pulley, and with the power pipe I should be around 10lbs. Sound reasonable?

I have a Vortech V-1 s trim and a crx racing intercooler. I've been trying to get it on for 2 years but something always comes up. I also have cams, manifold, headers, but Ive done some calculating and if I get everything installed I only gain 38hp, but will spend $1500-2000 more than if I just install on a stocker. So I may be havin a garage sale here soon. My hair hurts just thinking about it.
