Hit 91k miles then my CD player immediatly broke lol.. It just says CD error and makes no noise like its trying to find a CD.. Whats the cheapest way to get this fixed, do i need a whole new head unit? Is it usually repairable?

Try ejecting a CD. It'll probably come up disc error, but if you try and put another CD in while you hear it moving it might pop one out. Then it should be fine.
If one is already stuck in there and you can see it, and trying to put one in doesn't work, get a really thin pair of tweezers or two butterknives (works best for me) and grab it and pull it out. Then the CD error thing should stop.
Mine does this from time to time, usually when ejecting or loading a CD, so it gets stuck in the middle. The 6-disc changers are pieces of ****, but I don't drive the car enough to care to get another one.
It's true, the six disc changers are complete garbage. I've pulled dozens of them at the Dealership. They **** up constantly. I've pulled them simply to be replace and I've pulled them, pulled them apart and retrieved the jammed CD's (Not always in working condition).
The odd thing is, usually the CD will randomly unjam itself and eject. Sometimes they won't.
If you're so inclined, you CAN remove the entire unit, pull it apart and attempt to retrive your CD's (You will need the ford Specialty removal tools, they simply look like two small Horseshoes). If you're not so inclined, and you wish for this to never happen again, get rid of the stacker.

Hey man a bit of advice.. Junk it and buy a aftermarket cd player. My stock CD player went out about a year ago. No warning, it just CD error. Those things are junk..

They randomly tend to spit the CD out, sometime this takes days, sometimes hours and sometimes weeks. Completely random when the CD will eject itself, but one thing I've told every single person with those stacker CD changers is to NEVER use CD's you care about. Only use burned CD's or other junk.
Get rid of it, find a good deck
