Default LIVEWIRE HELP!!

hey guys i just bought a used livewire off ebay and made sure that it was unlocked before shipped. When i plug the device in and look at the device info it says that the device is unlocked but i cannot get it to give me a strategy code so that i can get a tune cut for my car. anybody have any ideas. i am also getting a check engine light for the ECM being reset code 1000 i believe. I tried to call sct but they were closed and will not be able to call tomorrow because i will be at work

this is the code i am throwing P1000 PCM DTCs have recently been cleared with a scan tool

I think(not positive) you can pull your passenger side kick panel and get the Strat off the PCM in front of the PCM box code.

The box code looks like this MID1..always 3 letters then a number.

ya i know that is there but i thought that was just the pcm model. i thought the strategy code was alittle longer than 4 characters

Yes it is, but I dont remember if the strat is on the box or not.. so check lol
