You were under the wrong impression.
If you can only get a 03 cobra stock to run a 13.5 the only place you need to be driving the car is off a cliff.

bullithead, i believe the LS-1 Trans Am would be before teh Camaro..the WS6 was a beast..and an 03-04 Cobra would eat an LS-1..and an LS-1 with a capable driver would beat a Mach 1 comfortably, I believe..I could be wrong though

The TA & Camaro's have the same exact engines, there is no difference in performance.
As for stock LS1 vs stock 03/04... it's a no brainer. 03/04 wins.
