Default Draining battery

I was drivin the other day and my radio was turning off and on, freakin me out. Well, after I turned her off, she wouldnt start so I replaced my alternator and charged my battery, thinking the alternator was bad. The guys over at Kragen said there was nothing wrong with the battery either. A few days later I had the same problem, so something has to be sucking up the battery. Got any ideas? She can be jumped, but she's not holding the juice. Help!
