Replacing Stock Head unit
Victim, '96 V6 Convertible (chick car)
Ok my friend doesn't want to spend $50 to install her new head unit, so she calls me up and asks me if I'm able to do it, I say "sure" since I've installed several head units but never on Fords.
We figured out that you needs something to hit the clips behind the stock faceplate, I got the torx screws off the front panel directly under the head unit. Where else do I need to unscrew and what's a good way to fabricate a tool to hit the clips?
I would think that there should be a write-up for this considering it's a mustang and you only see 400 websites on them.
Any help would be greatly appreciated!
