yeah you are gonna wanna turn it clockwise and it will loosen tension on belt

Of course what you need to see if behind the hose. LOL

bingo. thats it. mine wont move an inch though. but yeah its supposed to go clockwise towards the passenger side.

just crank on it, if it doesn't move it could be seized. Spray some WD40 on it and let it soak a min and see if that helps
