How to wire a tach

RE: How to wire a tach
Red to "key on" +12V, Black to Ground, Green to the negative side of the coil, white to the same wire that feeds your interior light.
Easiest way to find key on + 12V is with a $7.00 test light. Clip the alligator clip on the test light to ground, and probe each wire in the bundle with the key on. If it lights, test it by clicking the key on and off. Do the same to locate the wires for your interior lights, and just splice in.
