Default diff b/w a 98 and 99

what are the differences b/w a 98 GT and the newer body style. i know they look difference im talking about power..... thanks

I know the heads are different. I think thats the main difference engine wise. I'm not aware of gear change.

When you look at the ports, it is very right. Look up a pictorial for a PI head swap and look how puny the 98 ports are compared to the 99+

i was wondering how much it would be to do this swap and how much would it benefit me, and if so where would i get them-off a wrecked 99 and do you have an idea of how hard it is to do this, labor wise. is it worth the money???
