Default MOBIL 1 OR PENNZOIL SYNCHROMESH?

okay I am either getting pennzoil synchromesh fluid or mobil 1 synthetic ATF. both can be gotten from autozone for about $6 per quart by me. It is one of those two ONLY. I need to know which one will give me the best result in terms of shift quality and be best for my tranny

97 GT with the T45

thanks!

well if code uses it, it has to be good. I'm leaning towards mobil 1 because synchromesh was meant for GM, and I know some people have had success but I would feel more comfortable puttin gin what is technically supposed to go in it

thanks
