fuel on spark plugs

fuel on spark plugs
could it be from me dumping a bunch of fuel from the injectors on it? the tips of both spark plugs that had fuel on em were perfect, and dry, just after the threads, around where the coil pack connects. should i worry? or just proceed the tune up/ Intake manifold replacement.
