A dyno with wideband a/f ratio costs somewhere between 35 and 100 bucks. With a tune it costs alot more, between 300 and 500, maybe more ifyou get a handheld and the shop is proud.
A dyno itself costs alot.

RE: Dyno Costs
A dyno (Mustang Dyno) will run you around $24,000 I was looking into it a while ago out of boredom, I didn't look up DynoJet.
With a friend you can safely tune it yourself though, you'll want (preferrably) a laptop, with a handheld tuner, and the key ingredient being a WIDEBAND oxygen sensor.
Start with settings that you KNOW will be rich, and way back on the timing... first fix the A/F ratio, then bump up the timing a little bit at a time, watching the a/f ratio each pass and adjusting as necessary... when you get so much timing that you're starting to ping, back it down a few degrees, take a final pass to be sure your a/f is in check... and you should be good to go. Timing and A/F ratio are the only things adjusted with a tune.

RE: Dyno Costs
Dynos are a waste of money...$650 w/tune for self satisfaction is a crock.
I only had mine dynoed beacause it was free. Thats what my friends do.
They charge $500 just to drive your car up on the platform, and $75hr.
Take about 2 hours.
I dynoed 428rwhp @ 6800 rpm
Gt...2v swap
Vortech S/C 8psi
BBK full length headers
X midpipe w/cats
all the bolt-ons
3:55 gears
Centerforce clutch
on..
