air fuel mixture
ok guys I am still on a never ending quest to find out why my car fluxes and some times stalls. Especially when I am in reverse on a slope. OK I am wondering, I have a K&N FIPKII, MAC 70 mm throttle body and MAC plenum. Its it possible that I am intaking more air then my car can give fuel too?

Unless you don't keep up on regular maintenance.
You car "fluxes"?
Jeebus jumping jiggawatts!! Have you checked your flux capacitor lately? Maybe your running low on enriched weapons grade plutonium.

Your IAC or TPS are the culprit.

if it was the IAC or TPS wouldn't they give off a check engine light? and for the smart asses fluxing= tach bouncing around. I like to invent words to keep the mexicans guessing.

Nope, doesn't give off a check engine light. It's a common problem with the Mustangs. Usually it occurs when slowing down at a stop light or stop sign and as you get close to stopping it kills, or when you slow down to take a turn. Every now and then I can slow down to a light and glance at the tach and it barely maintains the idle high enough to keep from stalling. There are a few solutions floating around to deal with it/fix it, if there isn't a sticky still above.
I had the issue for a while, but it seems to have gone. Car hasn't stalled in nearly a year and the tach never bounces since I had it tuned.

RE: air fuel mixture
Good point, I gave that quite a bit of thought the few chances I've had to drive it since I had it tuned. I remember the car sitting at a light and feeling a slight shaking and every now and then a large bump as the engine was idling. Also, I could hear random exhaust popping now and again.
After tuned, the idle is slightly higher (100-200rpm) and the engine idles MUCH smoother. It was quite noticeable almost immediately. Also, the exhaust is a much smoother tone without the occasional pop. This is with the low octane tune they gave me, since I haven't gotten gas since the tune. I'm curious how things go with the high octane tune too.
