03 GT

Do the '03 Automatics come with a cooler from the factory? If not, which one would you guys recommend? Figure I'd install this when I do a Trans Fluid flush.

No they do not come with one, just go to summit and get the biggest one that you can on their site. If you do a search for this topic we have covered it a couple of times and there are links to coolers in the threads. just use the search tool and you can even use my name to help you find them.

They actually have a factory cooler. Driver side end of the radiator.

^^^ Yes this is true but it is pretty much useless IMO. It just flows the fluid sown the side of your Radiator (which has your hot water running through it) and back into your trans. It has very little surface area to do any kind of cooling for your fluid.
