Yeah, they are very rare cars. Of the 1003 cobras verts made in 1995 there were 499 of which were removeable hardtops. There are 3 prototypes from 1994 1 red, 1 yellow, and 1 white one that is belived to be a v6. Over at BlackMustangClub there is a section just dedicated to them because...well... that is the only color they came in (good choice if I do say so myself lol)

~~main issue (for Ford) was that each car had to be taken off the assembly line & the hardtop (built by a supplier) hand-fitted to the specific car...the added (and unanticipated when pricing was set) labor killed the option.
~~(trivia) the part number for the rear springs is specific to the "2-top" option cars only (ie, different for 'verts than coupes, THEN different again for the 2-tops)

^^^ They had a different intake plenum and I think different heads or the heads were ported or something IDK for sure. They also had a different front fascia I believe.
