what bout the k-members
when i install long tube headers should i put a QA1 k-member in it also. and is 209 a good price for one thanks also with long tubes do i need a diff mid pipe right know i have a catless h-pipe.

Yes, you can install the new k-member. If fact, it will make the job easier and save weight off the front end.
Yes, you will need a new mid-pipe with the LTs. BBK offers catted or o/r, either H or X, your choice.

Are you going to change your a-arms? If you're not going to change them then you can stick with what you have. If you are going to put tubular a-arms then you have to go with coilovers.
