yeah ur gonna have valve tap, and if its bad enough, you can put that pisoton throught bottom of the block.

On a lightly modded 4.6, I wouldn't do anything more than a stage 2 cam.

Why cant you run "Stage 3" cams on a stock bottom end? How much hp can these motors hold?
