i was wondering if i could run a 80mm maf and then have the 75mm accufab t/b and plenum? if so what would be the hp gain over getting say a 75mm maf, and another thing-where can i get an 80mm maf? thanks

your MAF and TB don't have to be the same size. I believe the standard C&L MAF that comes with their kit for 98 GTs are 80mm. I'd have to look again to be sure though.

It's not a huge deal. If you've got the stock throttle-body and like a huge mass air it's not gonna do a whole lot, but those two should be fine.

They don't have to be the same size. Are you sure your car takes the 80mm though? I know the 00,01,&02s take the 80mm. Check into that, you can't just put on any size Mass air meter on that you want.

Also, just changing out the TB will not do any good unless you also change the plenum.

good luck

Not true. You dont need a giant MAM nessicarrily, but accoding to dyno tests the T/B makes a fairly small difference. I have seen dynos of a C&L kit (thus MAM) making 12-15 more HP, and then after adding a larger T/B gaining only an addiotional 2-3 HP.
