4.10's and centrifugal
Ive heard that with a twin screw and 4.10's you get noo traction, how about with a centrifugal, ive decided that i like the centrigfugals a bit more over the twin screw so would 4.10's get traction?

Your probably better off with the 3.73's, depending on your end HP goal.
Either way you'll need to stiffen up the suspension and get some good traction tires.
I'm all motor and I can still spin the 315 Nitto's through 2nd. It's all about throttle control.

i already have the 315 555rs in hte rear, putting upr/lwr control arms in and already have the eibach pro kit, i too am concerned about traction with teh vortech, i will hopefully find out next week. It is a nice problem to have.

You should be able to get traction with 4.10's and drag radials if it's warm out and or the tires are pretty warm. Cold tires or when it's cold out forget it. I have an auto and like I said, when it's cold with 3.73's and 315 Nitto's I don't get traction but when it's warm out or the tires are heated up a little my car hooks up and I think I could use a little more gear but I think I'm just going with a higher stall as soon as I get some cash. On the highway I like the 3.73's. I think it kinda depends on how much hp you're making to. With the blower once the tires start to spin it's all over. I don't know if you have an auto or manual but the auto does get more traction since it has a little less hp but I know my car hits redline pretty quick so with a 5 speed and a 4.10 you would be shifting pretty quick. The 3.73's may give you a little more time between shifts. With under 400 hp 4.10's may be the way to go if you plan on racing but 3.73's are about as high as I would want on the highway.

To answer the question... you will get more traction with the centrifugal opposed to the twin screw. How much traction that is well... depends on a lot of other things.
