If that will blow your warrenty (which it shouldn't actually), then why are you even asking about heads and a "shaved" crank (sure you don't mean kinfe-edge, stroke, off-ground....?)?

To tell you the gods honest truth I had no clue what the guy was talking about by shaving the crank. He was the guy that was doing a quick repair (pcv valve) for me at the dealers and he is the one that told me that they do it and it wont void the warrenty but he did specifically say that U.D. pullies would. I have no clue. Maybe I should call some other ford dealers and see what they say.
