Default blackouts

i just put blackouts on my 2001 mustang gt and i was wondering if they are illegal to drive with, anyone that has some do you drive with them on yoru car and have you ever had a ticket, i didn't know what the rules are with them i get enough tickets on my 96 gt for having 15% tint on them i don't need anymore tickets

In pa that i knoe of is the fact that its all partial to the inspector of the vehicle just like off road exhaust. So cops can give u **** but if ur inspected prob not.

yeah you can get a ticket if it covers your turn signal, i talked to a cop about it.
