Default Throttle body

my friend has a stock throttle body and we grinded the screws and made the inside smoother , if i put this on my car will it add any HP and is there a chance it could mess my car up?

rpm outlet.... You can get a brand new tb/plenum for like 299 for bbk, C&L, or professional products. The accufab tb/plenum is like 399. They also have an entire intake/tb/plenum kit for 499 which is what I'm getting next including the entire intake with a little bit bigger maf.. Well worth the price when you add everything up.
