Underdrive Pulleys and subs

RE: Underdrive Pulleys and subs
wow, 23rd post about this in 2 days.
you should be smacked if you think a 800 maxed system, which means its prolly 400 rms, will hurt your electrical system w/ udp's. especially when using a capicator. just wow. i have 700 rms watts from my amp, 400 used from the speaker, plus the 200 from stock, so thats 600 rms watts when im blasting my music, and a potential 900....and i consider my system weak.
ya if your amp says its 800 watts, its prolly 400, it'll never hit 800 watts, except for the split second it may max out.

First of all my Rockford Fosgate amp runs at 800 RMS and 1650W peak output @ 4 ohms, bridged. Therefore your wrong. Secondly I did a "search" and nothing came up as shown below so take that sick out of your a**.

no u will be fine with a cap, i recommend getting a bigger cap to be safe. i just like to not worry if somthing was to go wrong , so might as get a larger cap. they sat 1 farett to every 1000 watts get a 5 farett and ull be great, there always usfull for other stuff anywya

What the hell is a ferit or farett????? I know they have capacitors where the capacitence is measured in FARADS , but thats about it,,,,,,
Main Entry: far·ad
Function: noun
Pronunciation: 'far-"ad, 'far-&d
Etymology: Michael Faraday
: the unit of capacitance equal to the capacitance of a capacitor between whose plates there appears a potential of one volt when it is charged by one coulomb of electricity
