before you are seriously consider buying this car, look into some other mustang GT's in your area. I'm sure there are plenty, especially ones in a better condition and that will be more reliable.

It was never about how it looks, it was about what is typically underneath those aftermarket body kitted cars you see sitting on used car lots. Obviously, you are very unfamiliar with the used car market. I have family in the business and I have spent more than my fair of time looking over many body kitted sports cars.

It's absolutely a poor idea to rely on carfax by any means.

For example, my 02 GT had a clean carfax, 1 owner.

Upon buying it and getting it home & looking the car over good. I found repair work on all 4 corners, tape marks on the roof (can only imagine what happened) & more.
