Default MSD QUESTION???

my 98 GT had full MSD along with the basic bolt ons when i bought it, but ive noticed its much more responsive over a stock one. all the MSD ignition is going to do for you is improve you throttle response by giving you a better spark, not really going to add any hp. but it's ideal if you plan to or are using nitrous.

Default MSD QUESTION???

Talk to some people whove used differint systems..accel, MSD, Crane...Ive seen those 3 used alot...and By far weve had the best luck and most pleasure out of the Crane. Msd also makes great stuff. My uncle put an Accel system on his 92 crown vic, and It amazed me...really surprised...car just ran better. The Crane comes out on top over MSD in my book, My brother used a crane ignition system on an 89 LX Sport 5.0, and it was better then the MSD we took off, which we had put on a year earlier. THe reason we changed was because our Hotrod building friend (Were friends with his son, he is about 54, and still hotroding) told us it was his choice. Considering he started working for Budweiser Race teams, and then opend his own speed shop, ahs 2 31 ford hot rods, a 50 ford, a 67 mustang that has a holmon&amp;moody engine(those guys knew their s**t...nuff said), i respect his pov. Your not going to go wrong either way...Both are good.</P>
