Default UDP ?

I went to a few shops to see if they could install my steeda UDP's and came back with a few questions. They told me that I would need to adjust my timing if I install them, although I dont see why you would need to. Should I just try and put them on myself?

why would you need to adjust your timing? Just tell em to ****in put it on and leave the damn timing alone
