I'm afraid its not quite that simple.
Why don't you just get a drop in replacement from VT Engines?
Otherwise, you may be able to find a Cobra motor from www.karkraft.com It won't be a simple drop in replacement though.

why dont you give ford racing a call? you can get a create cobra for about 3k and they will be able to tell you what you'd have to do to the car to make it happen. gt-40's are for the 5.0

batmobile - take out the . in the [IMG] and also in the [/IMG] and paste it where you put your signature and your signature will appear

LOng story short, unless you already have a blown motor just build your 2v setup. Less costly in the end.
