depends on what you want, and your budget. I'd personally recommend MAC O/R or Catted Prochamber from
http://mustangtuning.com and use discount code "mustangboards" (6% off!). Free shipping. But if you get O/R, you need either MIL elims or a tuner...

so do you just install the midpipe and wham thats it? then you just add more exhaust stuff? or is there something else you need with it?

You will need extensions for the rear 02`s. ($20) Thats it for the midpipe install.
